Other

Expert in Agrotechnics in Field and Vegetable Crops including planning and development of sustainable agriculture systems based on practices (tillage, fertilizers, seeding, care of measures, weed control, crop rotations) that conserve the natural environment including soils conservation, pollution control, safe use of agro-chemicals, etc. Develops project concerning crop-weed interactions in low-input systems, evaluates minimum data required for predicting minimum yield losses from weeds in maize and wheat, soyabean, potato and alternative crops. Soil physical properties in different farming systems from conventional to organic. Multifuncional agroecological investigation in field crop production. New concepts of development of agriculture and agricultural engineering possibilities for adaptation measures.
