Born on 19th April 1968 in Banja Luka, Bosnia & Herzegovina.

B.Sc. (1993), at University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Agriculture, M.Sc. (1997) at University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Agriculture and Ph.D. (2004) completed at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Agriculture, Serbia.
Head of the Department of plant protection, seed testing and biotechnology at Agricultural Institute of Republic of Srpska, Banja Luka. Associate Professor at the Department of Plant Protection, Agricultural Faculty – Banja Luka of the University of Banja Luka, Assistant professor and associate professor at Faculty of Agriculture – East Sarajevo and researcher with over 15 years of scientific experience in the field of Plant Pathology.

One of the establisher of Plant Protection Society of Republic of Srpska and president of Executive Committee of this Society; In December 2004, he was elected for the first President of Plant protection Society of B&H and he is current president of this Society; Member of Plant Protection Society of Serbia; Member of Society of Agronomists of Republic of Srpska; Member of the Board of the editors of the journal „Biljni lekar’’; Member of the editorship of the journal „Glasnik zaštite bilja’’ published in Zagreb; One of the reviewer in the field of phytopatology in journal „Ratarstvo i povrtarstvo“ published by Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad; Member of the Commission for classification and labelling of pesticides in Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republic of Srpska. President of the Council on genetically modified organisms (GMO) B&H, in Council of Ministers B&H; Member of the EPPO expertise Panel for the potato (European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization).

International specializations or training courses conducted in Netherland, Italy, Slovenia, Denmark, Norway, Germany, England, France, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, USA and Israel.
As a representative of B&H he was participated in the work of three FAO Conference in the field of biotechnology and GMO control.

Coordinator of the 23 scientific project and member of the scientific team in 15 research projects.
Author or co-author of more than 210 scientific and professional papers on biology, pathogenicity, epidemiology and control of many disease agents in agricultural plants.

Member of the evaluating committees for Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc. thesis at University of Beograd and Banja Luka.
